The City Council accepted twenty-five limited purpose easements for public sidewalk, alley turn-around, street turn-around, and signal pole purposes. These easements are granted by various private and public entities, including Knight Scot, LLC, Infinity NW 36th Street LLC, Project Stewart LLC, Virginia Street Joint Venture LLC, EBM RE XI, LLC, 4001 S Willow QOZB, LLC, Port of Seattle, Terminal 106, LLC, Grand Street Commons, LLC, SCC 2, LLC, Grand Street Commons MBH, LLLP, DEP Holdings LLC, DEP Real Estate VI, LLC, Union Rental LLC, Khanh Dang, SBOB, LLC, Lucky John LLC, BTC IV Crown Hill, LLC, King County, David & Marykay Livingston Family Enterprises, LLC, 9North Owner LLC, North MLK Development LLLP, Piper Creek LLC, 6305 Corgiat Dr LLC, and Homestead Community Land Trust. The ordinance places the conveyed properties under the jurisdiction of the Seattle Department of Transportation, and ratifies prior acts consistent with the authority of the ordinance. The easements are for surface rights of public access only, and the grantors are responsible for the maintenance of the surface and supporting structure of the easement areas. The public access easement granted by the Port of Seattle and Terminal 106, LLC is for general public access purposes, while the signal pole easement granted by David & Marykay Livingston Family Enterprises, LLC is specifically for constructing, repairing, replacing, and maintaining a traffic signal pole and related equipment.
