The San Francisco City Council approved Modification No. 5 to Contract No. 11365.41 with AGS, Inc., for Project Management Support Services related to the International Terminal Building (ITB) Phase 2 Project at San Francisco International Airport. This modification increases the contract amount by $2,850,000, bringing the new total not to exceed amount to $12,500,000. Additionally, the contract term for services is extended by 187 days, from June 27, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The ITB Phase 2 Project involves renovating the Arrivals Level of the ITB to enhance passenger processing, improve Federal Inspection Services' primary immigration screening, reconfigure Customs and Border Protection (CBP) support areas, and upgrade various utility and support infrastructure. AGS, Inc. will provide overall management expertise and oversight, including design and construction management services, project controls, contract administration, cost estimating, and field inspections.
