Ordinance authorizing the execution and delivery of tax-exempt or taxable Certificates of Participation, in one or more series, not to exceed $65,000,000, to finance and refinance capital improvement projects within the City and County of San Francisco. These projects primarily consist of street resurfacing and curb ramp improvements, as well as funding related financing costs and reserves. The ordinance also approves the forms of various associated legal documents, including a Supplement to Trust Agreement and supplements to Property and Project Leases between the City and U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as trustee. The proceeds will also cover costs of issuance and may be used to retire commercial paper notes. The anticipated total par value is $58.7 million, with an estimated total payment amount of $110.7 million over an approximate 20-year repayment term.
