The modification specifically amends Stipulation 2, updating the site plan to reflect the increased density from approximately 1.8 to 2.2 dwelling units per acre. The property, an infill site that was a former mining pit, is located within the Gold Mountain Preserve gated community. An initial request to modify Stipulation 4 regarding dedications for Pyramid Peak Parkway was withdrawn by the applicant, Brian Greathouse of Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A.
