Although the location requires a Use Permit for outdoor dining and alcohol consumption, the application itself was solely for the liquor license. No protest or support letters were received during the 20-day public comment period. The applicant, Jeffrey Miller, stated the owner's extensive experience in bar and restaurant hospitality makes them knowledgeable in liquor laws and operations, and the owner will be personally on-site during hours of operation.
