The City Treasurer is authorized to accept all related funds. Additionally, NOVOS Fiber is required to sign the license within 60 days of the Council's action, or the authorization will expire. Financial compensation to the city will be an annual fee calculated based on the number of homes passed by the fiber network or a percentage of monthly gross revenues, with these fees subject to increases linked to the Consumer Price Index.
