The City of Phoenix City Council authorized the City Manager to enter into contracts with BWC Enterprises, Inc. dba Woodruff Construction, Bio-Janitorial Service, Inc., and DMS Companies, Inc. dba Hernandez Companies for miscellaneous building repairs at citywide locations. These contracts, not to exceed $3,300,000, are intended to supplement internal City trades staff for building repairs and tenant improvements, ensuring the extension of the useful life of City structures. An Invitation for Bid (IFB 26-FMD-007) was processed, receiving five bids, with four deemed responsive. The selected bidders were recommended based on price, with BWC Enterprises, Inc. dba Woodruff Construction awarded $7,980, Bio-Janitorial Service, Inc. awarded $8,340, and DMS Companies, Inc. dba Hernandez Companies awarded $11,975. The contracts will commence on or about October 1, 2025, for a one-year term with two one-year extension options. Funds are available in the Aviation and Public Works departments' operating budgets.
