Insights gathered from these observations are used to enhance support systems for teachers, fostering their professional growth and student success. A Request for Qualifications (RFQu-25-EDU-81) was processed, receiving three responsive offers. Southwest Human Development, Inc. was recommended after an evaluation committee scored offers based on methodology, key personnel expertise, and fee schedule, with Southwest Human Development, Inc. receiving 924.44 points. Funding for this contract is provided by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Administration of Children, Youth, and Families. The item was approved by the Head Start Policy Council on March 10, 2025.
