The Phoenix City Council approved issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the redevelopment of the city-owned Regency Garage at the southwest corner of 2nd and Adams Streets. The City is seeking proposals for a mixed-use development that includes a full-service hotel with at least 400 guest rooms to support the Phoenix Convention Center (PCC) and downtown tourism. Proposals will be evaluated based on site activation, return to the City, and developer qualifications.
