The QVL aims to ensure access to no-cost eviction legal services for individuals and families who cannot afford or arrange for such services. The contracts, valued at up to $1,263,032 collectively, are funded through the Human Services Department and will begin on or about January 1, 2025, for a six-month term with four one-year extension options.
