The development plan includes binding elements such as tree preservation, buffering, and screening adjacent to residential areas, and requires no outdoor music or truck idling within 200 feet of single-family residences. A home on 5862 New Cut Road is proposed to be removed, which historic preservation staff determined does not meet thresholds for preservation.
