The request, made by Manslick Development, LLC, seeks to rezone approximately 10.29 acres from R-4 Single Family Residential to PRD Planned Residential Development. This change will allow for the creation of 55 buildable lots and 3 open space lots with recreational components, with access provided via E Manslick Road. The Planning Commission's recommendation for approval was passed by an 8-0 vote during a public hearing on April 24, 2025. The project also includes a Detailed District Development Plan/Major Preliminary Subdivision Plan with binding elements. The proposal was found to meet several community form, mobility, facilities, livability, and housing goals of Plan 2040, promoting housing development and options.
