The plan includes essential amenities such as parking, a clubhouse, a pool, a dog park, and recreational open space. The property, currently zoned R-5A Residential Multi-Family, is situated just south of the I-265 Gene Snyder Freeway. It will have two access points via an extension of Cedar Creek Road from Beulah Church Road. The development plan was found to conform with the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code, supporting varied housing options within the Neighborhood form district.
