This ordinance changes the zoning of the approximately 36.68-acre property at 11100 Garden Trace Drive from R-4 Single Family Residential to R-7 Multi-Family Residential. Under the new district, the site may be developed with higher-density multi-family housing than currently allowed. Any significant increases in building size, unit count, or density, as well as amendments to binding elements, must return to the Planning Commission.
