An ordinance was recommended for approval to rezone approximately 0.334 acres at 4217 Taylor Boulevard, Louisville, KY, from R-5 Single-family Residential to C-2 Commercial. This change allows for the continued operation of an existing automotive repair shop, "Automotive Specialist," which currently has nine bays.
