The Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) recommended to the City Council the termination of rent reductions and the escrow account for the units placed into the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP) for the property at 2534 S Carmona Avenue. The property, with Case No. 920150, had a total of 3 units, with 1 unit in REAP due to plumbing/gas violations cited on February 4, 2025. The LAHD's Code Enforcement Division determined that the cited code violations were corrected, and the property owner satisfied outstanding electric service and/or water charges.
