The property owner, ST PAULS COMMUNITY SELBY, had 30 initial violations cited by the Code Enforcement Division, including structural hazards, sanitation, weatherproofing, and maintenance issues, which have since been corrected. The resolution allows for the termination of rent reductions, restoration of rent to original levels 30 days after tenant notification, and the release of escrow funds after administrative fees and outstanding penalties are satisfied. The LAHD will also conduct expedited systematic inspections.
