The Housing and Homelessness Committee approved an additional commitment of $1,552,139.57 from the Proposition HHH uncommitted balance for the PATH Villas Hollywood Supportive Housing Project. This project, located at 5627 West Fernwood Avenue in Council District Six, is a supportive housing development. The approval also amends the Prop HHH Fiscal Year 2018-19 Project Expenditure Plan to reflect this increased commitment. The General Manager of the Los Angeles Housing Department is authorized to amend and execute necessary loan documents and agreements. The disbursement of funds is authorized upon the borrower obtaining enforceable commitments for the proposed funding.
