The Los Angeles City Council's Trade, Travel and Tourism Committee approved two First Amendments to existing contracts for information technology equipment and related services for Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA). Contract No. DA-5615 with Axelliant LLC will see its authority increased by $7,625,000, bringing the total to $9,173,678, and its term extended by 30 months to September 8, 2028. Similarly, Contract No. DA-5616 with Zones LLC will have its authority increased by $5,000,000, for a total of $6,548,678, and its term also extended by 30 months to September 8, 2028. The total combined contract authority across both agreements will increase by $12,625,000, from $3,097,356 to $15,722,356. The action was determined to be exempt from CEQA. This matter is now forwarded to the full Council for final consideration.
