The Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) is recommending the termination of rent reductions and the removal of the property at 432 E 47th Street from the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP). The property, with Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 5109-018-023, was previously cited for Maintenance, Electrical, and Heating/Ventilation violations, leading to its placement in REAP. The LAHD has determined that all cited code violations have been corrected, and outstanding electric service and water charges have been paid.
