The Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) is recommending the termination of rent reductions and the removal of the property at 432 E 47th Street from the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP). The property, with Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 5109-018-023, was previously cited for Maintenance, Electrical, and Heating/Ventilation violations, leading to its placement in REAP. The LAHD has determined that all cited code violations have been corrected, and outstanding electric service and water charges have been paid. The City Council is requested to approve the LAHD report recommendation and adopt a resolution to remove the property from REAP.
