The Los Angeles City Council approved the recommendation from the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) to remove the property at 15053 West Paddock Street from the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP). This action was taken because the owner corrected the cited REAP violations and provided proof of compliance with habitability citations, in accordance with Ordinance No. 173810. The Housing Committee had previously considered the LAHD report on August 22, 2018, recommending approval. The Council adopted the accompanying resolutions on August 31, 2018.
