The existing single-family dwelling, accessory structures, tennis court, and pool on the site will be demolished. The project is consistent with the RA-1 zoning and the Very Low I Residential land use designation of the Encino-Tarzana Community Plan. Public improvements, estimated at $439,000, are guaranteed by security documents. The project was previously approved by the South Valley Area Planning Commission on February 23, 2023, after an appeal was denied.
