The funds will cover maintenance and repairs for ACT's dressing rooms, production royalty fees, and costs for supplies and materials. The bill also waives Section 118.107 of the Ordinance Code, which typically requires nonprofits to receive funding through a competitive evaluated award process, allowing for a direct contract with ACT. The Grants and Contract Compliance Division of the Finance Department will oversee the project.
