The property, owned by Jesus and Martha Cedillo and Denisse Herrera, was reclassified from a Residential Rural-Acre (RR-Acre) District to a Residential Low Density-90 (RLD-90) District. The applicant for this rezoning was Randolph Island, Jr. The rezoning was found to be consistent with the 2045 Comprehensive Plan and was approved by the City Council with a 17-0 vote.
