The City of Denver is amending its contract with Brothers Redevelopment Inc. to bolster the Foreclosure Financial Assistance Program. This amendment adds $350,000 to the contract for a new total of $1,350,000 and extends the term by twelve months to December 31, 2026. The additional funding and time will enable the program to serve an additional 37 households in 2026. The program is designed to assist homeowners at or below 80% of the Area Median Income who are at risk of foreclosure or involuntary displacement by helping to cure past-due mortgages, HOA fees, or other property-related judgments and liens.
