The city of Denver is approving a $5,231,922 contract with The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) for their Housing Central Command (HCC) Stabilization project. The contract, running until the end of 2028, aims to provide crucial support and case management services for individuals and families who have formerly experienced homelessness. The program intends to serve 140 new households annually, connecting them with services like housing navigation, rental assistance, and other support systems to remove barriers to stable housing. CCH will maintain a 1:20 case manager-to-household ratio to ensure effective and personalized support.
