The Denver City Council approved a three-year, $3.25 million contract with Hamon Infrastructure, Inc. to support citywide wastewater infrastructure improvement projects and programs. This on-call contract will address a variety of needs, including the replacement and repair of sanitary and storm sewer systems, cured-in-place lining for pipes, structural rehabilitation of manholes and inlets, and other related construction and environmental activities. The contract was awarded through a competitive hard bid process advertised on July 16, 2025. The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is the requesting agency for this citywide initiative, which is funded by the Wastewater Capital Program.
