The Denver City Council adopted a resolution to dedicate a 2,625-square-foot, city-owned parcel of land as a public right-of-way at the intersection of East Hampden Avenue and South Yosemite Street. This dedication was required for the adjacent commercial development project at '8850 E Hampden Ave.' The developer, The Bailey Company, LLLP, deeded the land to the city for this purpose. The action, requested by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI), officially establishes the parcel as part of the city's street system.
