Amends a contract with Gartner, Inc. to add $137,275.63 for a new total of $1,793,866.62 for membership to Gartner's Executive, IT Leadership Team Leader and Technical Professional Programs for 2026. The city's Technology Services department relies on Gartner's research-based insights and expert guidance for strategic, cost-effective decision-making across the technology landscape. This subscription enables the department to make data-driven, objective choices aligned with industry best practices across a wide range of domains including applications, data analytics, enterprise architecture, security and risk management, and more. The City Council approved the amendatory agreement on December 2, 2025.
