The Denver City Council has approved a $4.3 million grant and revenue-sharing agreement with Jevon Taylor LLC, operating as Green Spaces, to revitalize vacant retail space. The project will activate 17,519 square feet of ground-floor space and 3,000 square feet of lower-level space at 600 and 622 16th Street, creating an affordable marketplace for local artists, non-profits, and small businesses. The funding, sourced from the Downtown Denver Development Authority (DDDA) Tax Increment Financing, will support lease costs and nearly $1 million in tenant improvements and FF&E. The agreement is set for a term from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030.
