The Denver City Council approved a $7.45 million on-call professional services contract with CONSOR North America, Inc. The contract has an initial term of three years with an option to extend to five years. CONSOR will provide engineering, planning, design, and related consulting services to support Denver's Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) on an as-needed basis for various city projects. The scope of work is divided into specific categories, including Multimodal Design, Multimodal and Transportation Planning, and Traffic Engineering, each with its own M/WBE participation goals. This agreement allows the city to supplement its in-house design, planning, and construction engineering staff to deliver its capital projects more efficiently.
