The Denver City Council approved a three-year, $3.45 million on-call contract with Felsburg Holt & Ullevig, Inc. The contract, with an option to extend to five years, is for professional services to support the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI). Felsburg Holt & Ullevig will provide expertise in multimodal and transportation planning, transit planning and design, and other engineering and consulting services as needed for various capital projects across the city. The agreement allows DOTI to supplement its in-house design, planning, and construction engineering staff to deliver projects more efficiently.
