The City and County of Denver has approved a three-year, $750,000 on-call professional services contract with Ulteig Operations, LLC. The contract, which includes an option to extend to five years, engages Ulteig to provide essential engineering, planning, design, and consulting services for the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) on an as-needed basis. Key responsibilities for Ulteig will include the inspection and asset management of bridges, culverts, and retaining walls, ensuring compliance with both national and state standards. This agreement enables DOTI to leverage specialized expertise for the maintenance and management of the city's critical transportation infrastructure. The City Council officially adopted the resolution on December 1, 2025.
