The City and County of Denver has approved an on-call professional services contract with GBSM, Inc. with a maximum value of $800,000. The contract term is three years with an option to extend to five years. GBSM will provide services related to strategic communication and public engagement to support the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (DOTI) on various capital projects on an as-needed basis. This includes developing public engagement plans, marketing, communications, and ensuring accessible and equitable community involvement. This agreement falls under Category 11 (Public Engagement) and includes a 25% M/WBE participation goal.
