The Denver City Council approved a three-year, $50 million on-call agreement with Kraemer North America, LLC for large civil construction services. This contract is one of eight awarded as part of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure's (DOTI) 2025 Large General Civil On-Call program, which has a total capacity of $400 million. Kraemer North America will be available to bid on and execute a variety of infrastructure improvements across the city. Projects may include roadway and intersection construction, pavement rehabilitation, bridge work, and storm and sanitary sewer construction.
