The on-call services will be used for a wide variety of improvements within the city's right-of-way, including roadway and intersection construction, improvements to bike lanes and sidewalks, pavement rehabilitation, traffic signal and lighting installation, bridge work, and storm and sanitary sewer construction. This contract does not guarantee any specific amount of work but allows the firm to bid on projects as needed. The agreement includes a 12% Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) goal.
