Approves a $6,959,217.00 contract with the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) to provide outreach services for people experiencing unsheltered homelessness throughout Denver. The contract, managed by the Department of Housing Stability (HOST), runs until December 31, 2028. The services will be delivered by the Denver Street Outreach Collaborative (DSOC), a long-standing program expert in building long-term, trusting relationships to connect individuals with services and housing. CCH will deliver housing-focused street outreach and street engagement operations, and will subcontract with the St. Francis Center to collaborate in providing services. The program aims to support basic needs, build rapport, and assist individuals with benefits applications, transportation to appointments, and connections to medical and mental health providers.
