This is a sixth amendment to an agreement between the City of Denver and the Mile High Flood District for the Weir Gulch Reach W1 project. The ordinance adds $13,544,210.87 in city funds, increasing the total contract value to $35,944,210.87. The additional funds were previously captured in the 2024 and 2025 Wastewater CIP budgets and do not require any new city appropriations. The project focuses on revising construction requirements and fund management for improvements along Weir Gulch, from the South Platte River to 8th Avenue. The scope covers acquisition, drainage, habitat restoration, water quality, and recreation enhancements. The contract term remains unchanged.
