The Denver City Council approved a $1.5 million contract with GRA, Incorporated to provide on-call air service development consultant services at Denver International Airport (DEN). The agreement has a three-year term with two one-year options to extend. GRA, Inc. will provide analytical and strategic services to support the retention and expansion of domestic and international air travel, including passenger traffic route proposals, economic impact analyses, and strategic planning. This contract, part of DEN's 'Vision 100: Expanding Our Global Connections' initiative, was awarded through a competitive proposal process. The final approval was granted on November 24, 2025.
