The City and County of Denver approved a three-year, $25 million on-call contract with Sky Blue Builders LLC for general construction services at Denver International Airport (DEN). The contract, which includes two one-year options to extend, is one of nine similar agreements awarded to create a pool of available contractors. These contractors will support the delivery of DEN’s capital infrastructure programs through task-order-based projects. The scope encompasses a wide range of services including facility upgrades, renovations, infrastructure improvements, pre-construction planning, and construction management. This initiative is designed to ensure DEN can efficiently maintain and grow its infrastructure to meet its 'Vision 100' goals.
