The Denver City Council approved a $25,000,000 contract with J. E. Dunn Construction Company for on-call general construction services at Denver International Airport (DEN). The contract has a three-year term with two one-year options to extend. This agreement is one of nine similar contracts awarded to create a pool of contractors for various capital infrastructure projects, with a total capacity of $225,000,000 across all vendors. The scope of work is task-order-based and includes a wide range of projects such as facility upgrades, infrastructure improvements, renovations, and new construction across the airport's main terminal, concourses, and airfield. Services will include construction management, pre-construction planning, and design-build participation, supporting DEN’s 'Maintaining What We Have and Growing Our Infrastructure Vision 100' elements.
