The City of Denver's Department of Housing Stability (HOST) approved a three-year contract with Urban Peak for $1,206,260 to provide citywide street outreach services for youth experiencing homelessness. The contract runs from January 2026 to December 2028. Urban Peak, an agency with over 20 years of experience, will deliver housing-focused outreach and intensive case management to individuals aged 12-24. The program is designed to connect unsheltered youth with community-based services, shelters, and pathways to housing and reunification. Key performance indicators include enrolling 130 households annually into the city's homeless management system and transitioning 40 households per year into permanent or stable housing.
