The Denver City Council adopted a resolution to dedicate a 250-square-foot parcel of land as part of North Tennyson Street. This dedication was required of a developer who had previously demolished three single-family homes to construct a new seven-unit townhouse project near the intersection of North Tennyson Street and West 13th Avenue. The land, consisting of the eastern two feet of five lots in the Pleasant Hill Subdivision, was formally conveyed to the city in April 2019.
