This is the third amendment to a professional services agreement with Parsons Transportation Group, Inc., approved by the Denver City Council. The action adds $2,013,982 to the contract for a new total of $27,234,971, funding additional project support and design services during the construction of the Colfax Transit Implementation - Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project. The project scope covers the Colfax Avenue corridor from Broadway to I-225. These services are critical for completing the FTA National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process, securing a Small Starts Capital Investment Grant, and providing post-design services through the construction phase. The original contract term remains unchanged, ending on December 31, 2028.
