Approves a $2.82 million funding agreement with MHMP 21 Navajo LLLP (Mercy Housing Mountain Plains) to provide comprehensive supportive services for the 9th & Navajo Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) development. The funding, from the city's Homelessness Resolution Funds, will be disbursed in 20 annual increments of $141,000 through the end of 2046. These funds will support the 94 PSH units within the larger 190-unit project. Services include on-site case management, behavioral and physical health support, financial literacy, and job readiness programs, delivered at no cost to residents. Key service partners include Mercy Housing, WellPower, Denver Indian Health and Family Services, and the Native American Housing Circle.
