The Denver City Council approved Amendment No. 1 to the Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). This amendment extends the term of the agreement to December 31, 2026, to ensure the continued provision of air quality monitoring services. The total revised amount for the agreement will not exceed $2,551,332.00. Additionally, certain other contract terms have been amended to facilitate the ongoing services.
