An ordinance was approved to relinquish three easements located at 263 North Josephine Street. These easements were originally reserved in Ordinance No. 50, Series of 1954; Ordinance No. 253, Series of 1956; and Ordinance No. 728, Series of 1978. The Executive Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure of the City and County of Denver determined that the public use, convenience, and necessity no longer require these easements.
