The City and County of Denver approved an amendatory agreement with Computer Sites, Inc., increasing the contract amount for critical power systems maintenance and repair services citywide. The original On-Call Maintenance Contract was dated June 6, 2024. This amendment adds $850,000.00 to the existing contract, bringing the total contract amount to $1,550,000.00. The additional capacity is necessary because the city was unable to execute a contract with a second contractor for similar services, ensuring continuity of services and meeting operational needs. Computer Sites, Inc. provides scheduled annual inspections, preventative maintenance, and load bank testing of generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) electrical backup equipment, as well as emergency and/or scheduled repairs of this equipment across the city, excluding Denver International Airport. The contract term remains from 06/01/2024 to 05/31/2027.
