A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and BUSCO, INC. to operate and provide transportation services for individuals experiencing homelessness to and from overnight shelter accommodations, citywide. This agreement amends a service agreement with BUSCO, INC. by adding $950,000.00 for a new total of $4,500,000.00 and extending the end date by twelve months to 12-31-2026. BUSCO, INC. will provide bus transportation daily using 54-passenger motor coaches from designated points of origin to designated destinations, primarily within five miles of central Denver, including public encampment areas.
