The Mayor's office has approved the appointment of Roger Howard to the Colfax Ave Business Improvement District (BID) for a term from September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2028. Roger Howard is a seasoned real estate operator with over twelve years of experience managing luxury multifamily and mixed-use assets. The Colfax Ave BID aims to foster a dynamic and inclusive community along the Colfax corridor through enhanced marketing, improved visibility, cleaner and safer streets, and streetscape enhancements. The BID works in partnership with various city agencies and community groups to preserve the unique character of Colfax while addressing the evolving needs of its commercial district.
